Participation & Consent Form

All team participants (students, coaches, mentors, and parent volunteers) must complete a Robotics Education & Competition Foundation (RECF) Participant Release Form before participating in an official RECF event.  This form is good for the entire season.

Participants who are under the age of 18 will need a parent or guardian to fill out and sign the form.

Coaches will need to upload all participant release forms to the team profile on RobotEvents.com (paper copies will not be accepted at events).  If a student switches teams, a new participant release form will need to be completed to reflect the new team number.
