Pit Areas
The pit area for all teams will be located in Terry Haws C. VEX V5 Robotics Competition practice fields will be available for teams to use within the pit area.

Booth Dimensions
Each team will be assigned an 8’ x 10’ pit booth, which includes:
- One 8-foot table
- Two chairs
- One 120V power outlet
Fields
Due to limited space within pit booths and walking aisles, teams may not set up full or partial fields inside their pit booths. If your team plans to bring a field for use in the pit area, please contact the Event Partner in advance. A map will be provided indicating an approved setup location near your organization’s booths and within a designated safe walkway area.
Judging Interviews
Judge interviews will take place at your team’s pit booth.
Decorations
Teams are encouraged to decorate their pit booth but need to make sure all decorations follow the RECF Code of Conduct. Teams may take their team sign (please leave sign hooks) at the end of their event.
Pit Layout
Please note that the pit layout is subject to change. Upon arrival, teams should confirm their assigned location by locating their team number on the signage posted throughout the pit area.
Security
Pits are open to the public and not secure. Teams are strongly encouraged to take belongings, including robots, with them at the end of each night. The Event Partner, Championship host, and venue are not responsible for any lost or stolen items.
Clean Up
Teams must clean up their pit area at the end of their event. Make sure all trash is thrown away and check your booth for any remaining belongings.
