HOW TO VOLUNTEER AT LOCAL EVENTS
Volunteering is easy, fun & rewarding for all involved
Follow the steps outlined below to volunteer at an event near you.

- Select a Role: Use the Volunteer webpage on our website to learn more about each of the volunteer roles available at events to find one that fits your interest.
- Find a Local Event: Use the Map of Local Events page on RobotEvents.com to see all of the events that are near you. Events can be filtered by program (e.g. VEX IQ Robotics Competition, VEX V5 Robotics Competition, VEX U), country, and state.
- See the Volunteering Opportunities: Click on the event that you are interested in to be brought to the event's webpage. From there, navigate to the tab on the left side of the page titled "Volunteer" to learn more about volunteering at the event.
- Prepare for Your Role: Use the Volunteer webpage on our website to visit FREE online training resources based on your role. Please note that some roles require certifications to be completed before volunteering in the role and others have age restrictions.
VOLUNTEER AT Rum River Rumble VEX V5 Robotics Competitions
Princeton Robotics will be hosting a 96 team event across three tournaments (V5RC HS and V5RC MS).

Storm Robotics will be hosting a 120 team event across three tournaments (V5RC HS, V5RC MS, and IQ ES).
When: Saturday, February 14, 2026

VOLUNTEER AT Albert Lea Tigers VEX V5 Robotics Competition
Albert Lea Robotics will be hosting a 40 team event blended MS/HS V5 Event.
