Teams who do not submit their registration payment will not be allowed to compete at the event.
Registration & Payment
Teams that qualify for the Minnesota VEX Robotics State Championship must complete event registration and submit payment within two weeks of qualification or before the event, whichever occurs first.
Accepted forms of payment status on VEX Events include:
- Credit Card
- Check
- Purchase Order (PO)
Teams without payment received before the event will not be permitted to compete at the Championship.
Refund Policy
Registration fees are non-refundable. No refunds will be issued for cancellations, withdrawals, scheduling conflicts, inclement weather, travel disruptions, failure to attend, or any other reason.
